My talk, ‘Why Purpose Alone Is Not Enough (And What To Do About It) was created because; when you are under pressure, purpose alone won't carry you.
You need preparation, confidence, support, structure, perseverance and nerve. All the things that don't really sound glamourous, but will get you through.
